Terrible.Item has been paid for but has not progressed past label creation in 2 weeks.Contacted you by email after a week to ask what was happening with my order due to it not even being sent. Responded quickly to my email, that you would follow up and now no further response after another week.Pretty disappointed and won't purchase from you again.I order another quilt cover at the same time and it arrived with 3 days.
