Product was not at all what I ordered, polyester not wool. Truly awful! I cannot even find an address to return it. No response whatsoever. I see no way of getting a refund. Appalling, fraudulent and a complete rip off. Stay away - this is a scam.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company knowingly mis-sells cheap, mass-produced polyester pullovers as artisan-produced Icelandic sweaters. PayPal immediately refunded me the purchase-price on acknowledgement of the deception. Under no circumstances buy anything from this company.
Rubbish absolute rubbish, the only thing that was true was it was purple! Complete scam, I have opened a dispute through credit card. Customer service emails bounce or ignored, phone number is in Hongkong.They responed to this review thanking me and saying 'it would help buyers ' I hope it does this a site built deliberately to deceive
Thank heavens for Paypal who refunded my last minute purchase of a Woollen Sweater as a Christmas present for my wife. I won’t repeat everything that others have written, but this is a scam company offering counterfeit machine made polyester sweaters. Do Not Go There!
These people are crooks, with slick advertising. I can't believe I got sucked in. "100% Icelandic wool" is actually cheap Chinese polyester. To make it worse, the horrible sweater I was sent had reindeer prancing across it - I hate Christmas jumpers! They cannot be contacted so won't send a return address. I wish I had read reviews on here instead of only reading the lies on their website.
