I placed an order for a dress shirt online for pickup, but despite it being listed as available, my order was unexpectedly canceled without explanation. The automated support was not helpful. Tuxedo Rental Fit Issues

When I picked up my tuxedo, the salesperson assured me it fit well. However, during the wedding, the white shirt was too short with no cuffs visible, and the jacket was excessively long, creating an awkward fit. For a $257 rental, the tuxedo looked subpar. Upon returning it, the salesperson asked how it went, but did not inquire further when I mentioned the issues. Poor customer service overall. I do not recommend using this service.

Terrible Service and Quality

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a clearance suit that had hidden damage, and they refused to rectify the situation. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment as they seem to prioritize taking advantage of customers.

I recently visited the store for an exchange and ended up purchasing additional items. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the manager who was actively maintaining the store. The entire staff welcomed me by name, which is a rare and refreshing experience in retail. This consistent level of service reflects great leadership and a positive work environment. I would recommend using this location as a training ground for new employees, as they exemplify excellent customer service.
