Don't do it! Jewelry is CHEAP and of bad quality. Even worse is the app you must use with it. It will constantly send you notifications, even without your use of the Jewelry and when you go to change thr notifications settings, you can't turn them off otherwise the Jewelry is useless as you will no longer have it buzz when your significant other sends you a message. Oh and even worse, when going to return this pile of crap, you have to go through a "review" process to be "approved" for the return, pay return shipping and even send photos prior to the review process for return of the items to get a return address. This company is a fraud and would never ever recommend them. Spend your money wisely with a more reputable business. Terrible!
I haven't opened the package yet because I don't really care anymore, since I'm already furious!!! It's logical that if I order matching bracelets for Valentine's Day, it's supposed to be a gift... So why do I write "totwoo" in big letters on the box, so that anyone who accepts or sees the package knows exactly what's inside? Thanks for ruining the surprise!
I actually thought a company like that would be smart enough to use neutral packaging. But I guess I overestimated you.
Order sun and moon bracelets for wife for valentines, ordered them on 3rd feb, was advised delivery would be 5 business days. so benefit of the doubt i allowed until the 10th..
As of today (12th), they still havent arrived, and the tracking still isnt working, it just keeps stating try again tomorrow.
Also reached out a couple of times and had zero response.
I am now going to have to find something else to give my wife.
These bracelets are incredibly enjoyable to use, allowing us to send sweet little taps to one another when we're not together. The support team was fantastic and extremely helpful; they truly dedicated their time to assist me, which I greatly appreciate and has made me a loyal customer.
I really dislike this bracelet. It's uncomfortable and difficult to put on by myself, plus it keeps spinning so that the top ends up underneath my wrist. The choice of a lobster claw clasp is already poor, and the lever faces inward, leading to constant poking. Spending $65 on something I absolutely do not enjoy wearing feels like a mistake. I wish it hadn't been purchased.
I bought two novelty bracelets for my daughter for Christmas. Since then, they need to be charged 2-3 times daily. If no buttons are pressed, they still require charging twice, which defeats the purpose. I read that the charge lasts 3-4 days, but that's completely inaccurate. I’m considering replacing them, possibly with a better model. I have a receipt for £60 but will only get £45 back. I'm only repurchasing because my neurodiverse teen really wanted one. Now I'm at a loss.

The bracelets are cute; my partner gifted us a pair for Christmas. However, maintaining a connection has been problematic. The app needs to be running in the background at all times, which drains our phone batteries quickly. This isn't ideal for either of us.
This has been one of the worst experiences with a company regarding returns. I've invested more time and money navigating their complicated process and still haven't received my refund. I would definitely not recommend making a purchase from this company.
