Review Time
I have not really understood so many aspects of myself and the 'why' behind it. This program took me right to the root of my problems, defined it clearly and gave me a road map. It signposted me to other aspects to review and I can dip in and out, back and forth as I please. The therapy sessions are useful to watch even just on a playback basis.
I attended an event that initially seemed promising and made me feel like I had found something valuable. However, I discovered that many materials in the app were not available in English. I completed all the required steps to request a refund, but it has been nearly a month since I contacted the support team, and I have received no updates. They mentioned that their supervisors needed to review my request, but I still have no information. I wonder if the leadership is aware of how customers are being treated.
I hope there will be more English speakers on this platform in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed the healing program, but aside from a couple of speakers, most are French-speaking. For those considering signing up, keep that in mind. I’m giving a five-star review for the healing program and the excellent support I received.

I regret signing up! I attended the three-day English-speaking webinars, which turned out to be pre-recorded. The content was enticing, but once I signed up, I discovered that about 95% of it was in French, which was not disclosed during the English webinars. After sending around ten emails over three days, I was informed that my refund would be processed in ten days. They did follow through with the refund, hence the one star. It feels like they are taking advantage of vulnerable individuals, hoping they won't pursue refunds. Stay vigilant and don't be misled; their intentions are not to help but to exploit.
