My experience with the online testing platform was extremely frustrating due to inconsistent management of technical issues. Even though I indicated I could quickly resolve the issue and preferred to stay on the platform, I was instructed to exit the test environment. I managed to fix the problem within minutes, yet my test was cancelled, and I was not allowed to continue. It’s perplexing how prolonged technical difficulties on the examiner’s part were tolerated, while a minor issue on my side—resolved swiftly and in full compliance with instructions—led to cancellation. This raises significant concerns about the consistency of the process and whether candidates can trust the guidance provided during the test.

The flexibility and variety provided by this course to enhance my English skills are impressive. Sometimes, when I don’t have enough time for online classes, I can still dedicate a few minutes to additional study and improve my language abilities in various areas. The grammar exercises are diverse and very helpful. However, I do feel that the membership is a bit pricey.
My experience has been very disappointing. I repeatedly requested to cancel my subscription because I don’t have a laptop. When I tried to access my course, I couldn’t connect due to not having a laptop and reached out to the service to explain the situation, but I didn’t receive any response from them. I’m very dissatisfied.
For those living in my time zone, there are just too few class options available. It’s challenging to complete a full 'line' or 'topic', so the supposed flexibility in scheduling isn’t genuine. If I manage to find one or two classes that fit my schedule, there are no other alternatives.
