This is the most inept service I have ever encountered. They are ineffective and dishonest. Their level of incompetence is astonishing. I wish I could give negative ratings. They lost my paperwork, and the company that recommended them has distanced themselves.

Deceptive practices

In retrospect, I’m relieved the truth came to light relatively quickly — after a year and a half — and that I was “only” deceived out of a not-so-large amount. If I hadn’t uncovered their true nature, I might still be paying them. The larger the sum, the lower the likelihood of recovery. I decided they can keep the amount, as there are far better things in life than money. The truly good things are unreachable for those who deceive others. I’m grateful the truth surfaced before too long, preventing them from taking more from me. I’ve moved my savings elsewhere and closed this chapter completely. I hope they face the consequences they deserve.

No replies to emails or calls

There has been no response to my emails or phone calls despite several attempts. The reception staff are unsure how long cases take to handle. I received a reply last Friday but am still waiting. They mentioned they will investigate my case.

Inexplicable service issues

I cannot comprehend how a service with such poor performance and questionable ethics regarding people's pensions can remain operational. I have been struggling with them over my pension transfer for over four years and have been involved with the ombudsman for two years without progress. When will action be taken?

Unsatisfactory service at every level

Communication is poor, and service levels are lacking. An interface update locked me out of my data and funds five months ago, and they have yet to resolve the issue or communicate effectively. They focus on managing your money at a percentage, but you seem to be of no importance to them.
