A few years ago this was a great company, with speedy delivery and a decent customer service team. Now it takes 6 months to get most orders (if not longer), they are constantly changing items release dates (even though the items actual release date hasn't changed) and their customer service is now practically non existent. This is my final order after being a customer for so long. Original order date, July 2025, with release dates for both items in September. One item now says May 2026, whilst the other has no information at all.

Quick service

Service was quick! The Christmas jumper arrived just a few days after I placed my order. It was a bit larger than I anticipated, so I think next time I’ll remember to choose XS instead of S. Still fits well though.
