Positive experience with room for improvement

Overall, we've found some serious clients, which is encouraging. However, the platform needs to perform better vetting of users, as we encountered several individuals without VAT and some fraudulent companies, which wasted our time. I hope improvements can be made in this area, but everything else has been satisfactory.

Lack of seller responses

Most sellers do not respond, and when they do, it takes over a week instead of the promised 24 hours. Very few ship to England. It's a waste of time and money.

Disappointing premium membership

I bought a premium membership expecting access to a reliable B2B supplier database. Instead, it resembles a flea market: most products are used, damaged, or broken, with overall poor quality. The marketplace is filled with resellers offering overpriced goods. For genuine wholesale sourcing, this platform is completely ineffective. I wouldn't recommend it for finding trustworthy suppliers or a real B2B experience.
