UNJUST FEES AND POOR SERVICE

This service continually tries to impose unfair additional charges on customers. They attempted to charge for liftgate service that was already included in the initial quote. When that failed, they looked for other ways to add fees. Their practices are unacceptable, and I will not be working with them again. Trust the negative reviews.

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS

This office deserves a NO Star rating and should be investigated for their questionable practices. My husband traveled from a different state to ship a barrel, and despite confirming payment and arrival dates, the barrel never reached its destination. Customer service was unhelpful and misleading. As of now, my barrel remains stuck due to the shipper's lack of payment. This entire situation is unacceptable, and I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

POOR COMMUNICATION

Communication with the representative has been very disappointing. The language barrier is frustrating, and I cannot get any confirmations. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but my request was ignored. It has been several days, and I am still trying to retrieve my cargo.

DISAPPOINTING DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

We were let down by the service provided. Our sauna delivery was postponed multiple times and ended up being sent to the wrong location. When it finally arrived, it was in a standard van with only one person to assist with the heavy item. Thankfully, we had help available, or the delivery would have been impossible. This was a frustrating experience overall.

AVOID THIS SERVICE

Do not engage with this service. They are taking advantage of customers. I had a terrible experience, waiting nine months for my items after being asked to send crucial parts. As soon as I left a review, they pressured me to remove it to retrieve my belongings. This is unacceptable.

The delivery truck never arrived. They claimed to have attempted delivery twice, but that doesn't align with the video footage. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities.

MISTAKES AND HIGH COSTS

The quality of service has drastically declined. A recent shipment went wrong from start to finish, resulting in unexpected costs. After multiple emails and four months of waiting, they only increased the charges further. Though the shipment was eventually received, it was fraught with unnecessary fees. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
