Extremely disappointed with this venue.

I am extremely disappointed with this venue. It seems that playing with a two-pound stake often leads to significant losses. I used to be a regular customer, but after seeing the unfair payouts, I was shocked. I lost several thousand over just two days while trying to recover my losses. The machines appeared to be rigged to take everything I put in. Within 20 minutes, I received 12 free games on a specific game with a two-pound stake across three different machines, and each only returned five pounds, resulting in further losses. Even the maximum stakes yielded disappointing returns, barely reaching 100 during bonuses. I submitted a complaint to the company, and they investigated the payouts, assuring me that their findings were normal. I believe there is a lack of oversight! It’s unacceptable for machines with a £500 win limit to take so much from players while offering such unfair payouts. Many others share my dissatisfaction with this venue. Numerous hardworking individuals are losing their money here. The gambling commission needs to intervene! We must advocate for our rights!

All but one machine in Hullpays out 500 pounds on the machines that have the original black knight g

I have spent hundreds in all merkurs venues on all machines that have original black knight game on, with only one machine the (middle machine out of the three) at the store having in play £500 on a £1 stake all the rest of those machines types are set to only ever pay a maximum of £250 at any 1 venue. That's how they deceptively fraud you without you knowing,

Do not play this machines at any cost!

Highly unsatisfied from this venues. Most of the time you play on two pounds stake you can easily lose big sums of money. I was regular customer few months ago and was shocked when I saw the unfair payouts. I lost few thousand pounds over 2 days chasing my lost. It seems that the machines were set to take everything you put in. In range of 20 min I've got 12 free games on Burn em up game on 2£ stake of three different machines and all of them paid 5£ in the games and was just keep loosing my money. And the other wins were poor as well on max stake struggling to pay 100 when you got bonus. I have written a complain to the company, they investigated and checked the payouts of the machines I was playing... And in their answer they were assuring me that this is normal and the machines do this. I think there is no control! I don't know how it is allowed 500£ win limit machines to take so much money from us and pay such unfair payouts. And is not only me a lot of people are not happy with this venues. A lot of hard working people are loosing all their money because of this. The Gambling commission must step in! We should fight for our rights!

Not all the time I come and gamble to…

Not all the time I come and gamble to this place I have big money . But when I do I play and will lost at least £300 . My point is this place never ever let you enjoy playing with your money . The machine seemed to have a brain and just take your money without letting you enjoy your game I hope it makes sense what I say ! Horrible anger 🤬 feeling that makes you wanna be sick . You have lost a customer

I have decided to give this place a 1 star today after being a regular customer for years at Croydon Merkur.Today, I went there to play slots. I was £700 in and finally landed a bonus on Gold Winner. I had to make a big gamble to get the bonus. The bonus game started and into the 3rd spin it paid £60 and then the machine crashed. I called the staff and the girl that worked there saw the error message on my machine.However, she said as it was a technical issue, there was nothing that she could do about it.Further to the insult, she made it sound like I was lying as there was no proof how much the bonus paid when the game crashed. I explained the game crashed during the bonus and it paid £60, but the bonus has not yet finished. She offered me a £10 match play credit which I found to be an insult.I asked for £60 and even a £100 for the technical error. As the bonus hasn't completed, it could have been more than that.The staff there gave a sarcastic response as if I was lying to get free play credits.I'm a regular and bring £1000 with me each session. It's not so much about money or losing, but the way Merkur treat their customers with insults and unfairness is beyond believe. Why does the customer have to lose out when it was a technical fault.They could have checked the cameras, and or I refuse to believe they can't check the machine systems and logs. How can there not be protocols for these situations. It's more about not caring and putting the blame onto the customers.After today, I will never go back there again. You have been warned folks. If they machines crashes, it's at your loss.

This is a very bad street slot machines there is something dodgy going with this company there are people walking in the shops which they are not local they only play the £100 jackpot machines and they walk out with thousands of pounds win and you never see them anymore where the locals loose and loose they never win I never won anything myself I’ve noticed something is dodgy with this street slot company and I decided to self exclude myself from here and I am very happy I’ve decided to self exclude myself from here no matter how much you try to win something you never given the chance

Well was enjoying myself and winning a little then suddenly I was locked out ???I have played on the site before with no problems didn't actually win on that occasion. so I just hope its a glitch I am obviously verified or they wouldn't let me deposit a little concerned because I have 647 in my account :-( got in touch with chat problem solved quickly big thumbs up.

I’m gonna give 3 stars for now due to the amount of time iv been playing which is only a week….I have found it harder to get bonus’s etc than other sites but have also had some good wins. Been playing a week … £330 in and £440 out so slightly in profit but it really does play ur money down until these bonuses trigger but when they do I have found they do pay.Withdrawal - excellent - hassle free and instantly credited to you, I haven’t been asked to provide any documents yet so I don’t know what that process will be like cos iv read this is where a lot of people come up against issues. So far I’m happy with what iv got but can see how people do some serious money on here chasing bonuses etc, what we need to remember is this is gambling some you win some u lose!

Not even got past the verification…

I did not even get past the verification process on this site. As you can see from my reviews I have been on most of these sites yet after four weeks of trying to get verified by this crowd I have now given up. If they cant communicate with their players regarding simple issue's in which no other online casino has had with me then I am not going to trust them. It just seems they are I.D scammers. Never ever have I been unable to join a site because of a verification process.
