Review Time
I'm rating this 2 stars solely because the luggage itself matches the description. However, everything else about this experience was quite frustrating. My initial order was cancelled since the item was out of stock. I selected a replacement that was supposedly shipped on 11/17 with a delivery window of 3–5 days. By 11/23, there was still no update on the tracking, so I reached out to customer service. They insisted it had shipped and attributed the delay to UPS holiday issues. On 11/24, I contacted UPS directly, and they confirmed that no package had been picked up. When I followed up with the seller on 11/25, they finally admitted the luggage was still in their warehouse and hadn’t shipped at all. Only after that did the tracking update to reflect that the item was shipped. Due to the delay and lack of transparency, I requested either a free return or a partial discount. They declined, stating that all “on sale” items (which seemed to include everything) were final sale and ignored my request for a goodwill adjustment. The luggage arrived 14 days after my original order—far exceeding the advertised 3–5 days—and too late for the intended gift. I now have the suitcase, but I won't purchase from this seller again and wouldn't recommend them. They promote a lifetime warranty, but given this experience, I wouldn't trust their support. Additionally, the luggage looks identical to products from a more established brand, and the seller even uses some of the same images. I suspect they originate from the same factory, but the other brand appears to be a more trustworthy choice. You may pay a bit more, but I’d prefer to buy from a company that I can count on to ship on time and support their products.
