Review Time
I usually have a good experience with them, but recently I had the unfortunate interaction with "Rica." She was extremely rude, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, and when I asked her if I could complete my sentences before she cuts me off, she told me "no." I've never been treated like that before. Thankfully, the person I spoke to after her was friendly and helpful.
I called and they stated that my Rx was covered. Two weeks later and several calls-discovered they made an error. Excuses-Couldn't reach the docs office ( for a non-covered med-which they should have known right away). Now I'm out, and had to go to a pharmacy and pay 3x what I was quoted. Customer service is nice, but clueless.
The service clearly lacks the necessary skills to operate effectively. I became so frustrated with their incompetence that I attempted to transfer my prescription elsewhere, only to find that all my information had been deleted! The new pharmacy couldn't even reach out to retrieve my prescription details because, according to this service, I didn't exist. After being a customer for 8 years, this is beyond unacceptable. It's astonishing how poorly they manage their operations. I strongly recommend seeking your medications from a different provider to avoid unnecessary hassle.
I find myself battling each month to obtain my diabetes medication due to the service's incompetence. Every month, I go at least a week without my meds, putting my health at risk because of this situation. It's unclear why the insurance provider chose to work with them. I'm considering filing a complaint with my state's attorney general and urge others to do the same.
I stopped using the service last year due to their inability to fill prescriptions on time. I tried again last week with a new prescription. They estimated 8 days for delivery, but the day before it was due, they said they needed another 8 business days. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be using this service again.
I received a voicemail today from the service saying they had important questions for me and requested a callback. When I called back, it turned out to be an automated survey asking why I chose a local pharmacy over them. Well, this is exactly why—my local pharmacy doesn't mislead me or waste my time with unnecessary calls!
I can't wait until all my refills are complete. I used to have automatic refills, but since the new pharmacy took over, that’s no longer the case. Each time I call for a refill, the representatives give me a hard time, insisting I have no refills left, despite my doctor submitting multiple prescriptions with refills. After speaking with a supervisor, who often has to intervene, the unnecessary prescriptions are found and my medication is submitted. However, I was recently told an order wasn’t placed at all, and once again, I was told I had no refills. It’s infuriating that I have to fight for my medications. This service is a disgrace for patients who need their medication.
