Review Time
I placed an order for packing cubes/raw/set of 3. I received a small and medium packing cube but did not receive the shoe bag. I emailed the company and Mitch has corresponding back-and-forth about the company getting back to me but in five days I haven’t heard from the company not a word. Really frustrating and disappointing.
Great products, and if and when something is wrong the customer care is top notch and will resolve the issue rapidly and professionally honoring their guarantee. Love the brand and the customer care that comes with it. Can’t wait to buy my next product.
The company produces robust, high-quality items and genuinely supports them. Since my initial order almost a decade ago, they have consistently demonstrated their dedication to their work and their customers. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases, and the warranty coverage is outstanding.
It's a shame to be writing a review that was prompted by my current experience with Peak Design's customer service. I would love to be waxing lyrical about their bags and mobile accessories. I own over 10 of their products after all.However, I can't imagine I'll be buying Peak Design again.I placed an order back in March 2025 for their packing cubes through a Kickstarter initiative. I received 7 of the 11 items three weeks ago. I have emailed PD three times to find out where the rest of my order is. Not a single response, radio silence on the progress of my order.I can only imagine that they'll respond with queries or tips, but once they've taken your money, it feels like you are no longer a priority.As a result, I am currently concerned whether PD would honour their warranty promises on my existing purchases.Disappintingly, my faith in PD is plummeting. I was enjoying investing in their products. However when you make bold promises on product quality, customer service and experience, delivering on these consistently will be how you are judged by your loyal customers.
They stand by their product and are very responsive. I recently submitted a warranty claim, the process was painless and the representative that handled my claim was very professional, efficient, and personable. Experiences like these paired with great products keep me coming back.
I have a bad experience with their customer service. There is a problem with my capture clip v3; at some point my DSLR crashed on the ground. On their request I filled out the warranty claim form on September 5th. Emailed them for an update on October 17; and again on Oktober 27th. Still haven't heard from them....
With Peak Design I have made the worst Kickstarter experience ever. When the reward finally arrived after some delay over a week ago, it did not contain all the items I had completely paid for. They have been since ghosting me and have not replied to any of my emails, for over a week now. While I understand that this might be a busy time for their customer service, they should have seen this coming after a bumpy campaign and be prepared. I would not recommend to anyone making a pledge for any of their Kickstarter campaigns.
