We contacted them about the sizes as this time we wanted something different. Very good customer service.I requested some last minute adjustments as wanted to match new sofa so the order took a bit longer to arrive.But it was definitely worth the wait.The customer representative that was in charge of my order, responds very quickly which is very reassuring. Strongly recommended.
Simply terrible experience. I urge anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere. I ordered a painting as a wedding present for my sister. Delivery was delayed by many months and when it finally arrived it looked drastically different from the promised picture - it was an entirely different colour palate and poor quality. When I raised this with the company I was largely ignored and offered no satisfactory resolution. I caution against using this company in the strongest possible terms.
We received our piece yesterday and we’re in love. The quality of the artwork is top notch. We needed to wait a bit for the delivery but since the piece was made to order we didn’t mind. The communication with the team was great! We received constant updates and responses in timely manner. Really satisfied and strongly recommended.
We are very happy with the paintings, just need to buy some cushions for the sofa and the lounge will be finished. It was definitely worth the wait because they look stunning! Communication with Michael throughout this purchase was very caring. With amazing art they have I’m sure the business will only go from strength to strength. Many thanks for the beautiful art set.
This company does not exist on Companies House nor does the company have any presence at the registered address. This one man outfit with a book full of excuses. Our large painting took 4months to deliver. When it finally arrived after copious amounts of excuses predominantly around the need to ensure quality, it was packaged so poorly that it arrives torn and is now arguing and delay a refund. this guys is full of excuses. Tip is to pay by credit card and get a refund through your card. This guy is a fake and most likely operates under a company called Arts & Prints and is from Saudi Arabia. Their accounts are worthless on Companies House
