New to TCG but Thistle Tavern have been excellent in support. I'd rather support local business before all others and there's always something to grab whilst popping in by. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and willing to answer any questions. Really looking forward to getting a couple of decks built and heading in for some fun in the evenings!

They host a variety of events, including those for newcomers to the trading card game community, with plenty of friendly players eager to guide and teach. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue if you're interested in the trading card game scene.

I cannot recommend this venue for pre-orders. I placed one on October 29 and waited until the release date on December 18. During that time, I saw the item available at lower prices elsewhere, but I chose to wait. On December 17, I received an email and a refund stating they couldn't fulfill my order. Now the item is out of stock everywhere, only available from resellers at much higher prices. If they can't guarantee stock, they shouldn't offer pre-orders. When I ordered, the item was listed as having '5 in stock,' so I suspect many others were also canceled.
Fantastic experience! I mistakenly ordered for in-store pickup and sent an email explaining the situation. They were really understanding and provided a quick and effective solution. They seem like wonderful people, and I will definitely be ordering gifts from them again. Thank you!
