Review Time
Had a tyre blowout on our Concorde on the way to a long weekend trip. Got the spare on, but didnt trust the other tyre for the rest of the joirney! Swung by Camperlands who sorted it straight away - cracking service from the Workshop guys, and lesson learned for us - she's getting a winter service at Camperlands!
My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Pennine Pathfinder from Camperlands and the service we received was excellent. I must say Charlie is such an asset to your company, he really went out of his way to explain everything fully to us on handover, and gave us lots of hints and tips which were so useful. We met him originally in March before we decided to buy anything, and he was so friendly, helpful and not pressuring in any way. I would definitely buy from Camperlands again, a very trustworthy and professional company, and I would recommend them highly to others.
I purchased a Camp-let trailer tent from Camperlands on 29 April 2025.I spoke to Charlie at the dealership and collected it on 29 April 2025. Unfortunately,10 days after collecting it I managed to accidentaly damage the trailer tent. I phoned Charlie & the 1st thing he did was to reassure me that it could be fixed and not to worry. He arranged for the repair to be carried out and incredibly set aside the whole day to fix the problem. Charlie replaced a damaged pole which resolved the problem. He then guided me through the set-up presedure in detail. I asked him how to to fit some of the accessories & instead of telling me how to fit them he fitted them for me to save me having to to it. This saved me a lot of time onsite. I had a problem and it was rectified quickly and efficiently.The level of service from Charlie was exceptional at a level I have never experienced before from any other company. Thank you Charlie. You were amazing.
Just purchased a Camp let trailer tent from Camperlands.Charlie was the guy i dealt with and i have to say nothing was to much trouble.I had 3 units set up and took down by him pointing out the benefits of each one.Cup of coffee and biscuit later and weve made our decision.No stress or hassle at all.Having spent thousands on caravans etc over the years it was great to go somewhere that treated me well.Thanks guys looking forward to collecting in a couple of weeks time.
I have to call it as I experienced it. I found a set of roof bars for my car via Google search offered by this company. It was unclear whether the fitting was correct for our car. Despite the roof being at an attractively cheap price, so little profit in it, the response was courteous and very helpful with an escalation to the manufacturer and a prompt email back to me to confirm the information I needed.
I had a trailer tent in good condition, needed to get rid for a fast sale as I was losing my car with towbar. I went through Camperlands as they had sold it to me in the first place. They offered me a price that I knew was low but I was pressed for time so had to accept it. Now I find my tent up for sale for 3x what they paid me for it. Legally they can do what they like as they offered me a price and I accepted it - to be absolutely clear, they're not breaking the law - but I think this is highly immoral. I would strongly advise against doing business with them, I certainly never will again.
Absolutely fantastic service, we purchased a Camplair S from the NEC and after collection unfortunately it wasn't right for us and camperlands agreed to sell it for us as a commission sales , yes we lost some money but ,they did all the hard work , advertised it and displayed it for us at the show room. made it very easy for us .Excellent service
We picked up our camp let recently and i would say from the numerous visits (as we are first time buyers) and seeing them at the NEC as well we have spoken to most of the team and every single one of them are helpful and knowledgeable. They will offer help and advice if you ask but are never ever pushy which is a massive plus to me. You can look around by yourself and they are there if you have any questions. The handover was brilliant. Ryan took his time to go through everything carefully with us Couldnt ask for a friendlier or better service! Thank you to the whole team because somewhere along the line we will have asked many questions to you!!!
