The bed arrived relatively promptly. The mattress came first, a couple weeks later the bed frame arrived. When I found that a bolt was missing we emailed this "proud Canadian company" and it has been 3 weeks of them "working on it". If this is truly a Canadian company you'd think they could just go to the warehouse and send me a bolt so I can build the bed. So disappointed and frustrated. Save your money and support someone who is actually making things in Canada if you can.
Delivery was problematic because our order came at 3 different times and not on schedule, but customer service at Mimi Beds helped resolve it. My granddaughter loves the Little Dreamer floor bed though. It’s been great for co-sleeping and supporting her growing independence. It seems to be made with high quality materials and came with clear instructions and everything needed for assembly. We recommend it!
I ordered a dream raft floor bed and didn't have any issues with delivery or delay - however once I assembled it I realized. It was a different cheaper version of what is displayed online. 1) the natural wood colour is not the same 2) it is cheap and flimsy 3) it is shorter then what is pictured and 4) the bars are completely different.
The support team was truly exceptional. Initially, we received the incorrect bed, which was quite frustrating, but they immediately took full responsibility. They managed the return and replacement seamlessly, without any hassle. Errors can occur, but their approach made a significant impact. The final bed we got is stunning, and my little one loves it.
We were pleased with how quickly we received our bed! However, the quality is a bit lower than we anticipated for a solid wood, locally made product. So far, it has served its purpose. The gate doesn't align perfectly, and when our child grows, removing the gate leaves the wall quite unstable. It would also be great if the maximum weight limit exceeded 250lbs so that both my partner and I could comfortably lie down with our child. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the sleeping options the bed provides!
The bed and playpen are simply fantastic, a real dream once they got here. The quality is excellent, durable, and just right for our little one. We did face a shipping delay, which was an issue on the carrier's end, and that part was somewhat frustrating. However, once everything was delivered, it was entirely worth the wait. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the products and would definitely recommend the company for the quality alone.
