Mugs are complete plastic garbage...nothing as described and certainly not "hand crafted." On arrived cracked and I didn't even bother opening the other one. This is a scam site. When I tried several times to contact them by email for a return shipping label I only received a mailer daemon notice. Unable to contact. However they still continue to bombard my email with offers. AVOID THIS SITE!!!

Extremely Disappointed with the Order!

I would rate this even lower if I could! The image and materials for the mineral mug I purchased were completely misleading. I expected a vibrant, multicolored mug made from stone or minerals, but instead received a totally different color made from plastic, and it looks like it was hand-painted by a child.

Don't waste your money, it's worthless

I ordered a geode candle, but it looked nothing like the images. It was just a flat purple color that didn't resemble a crystal at all. There were large hollow areas, and when lit, it only burned for about 30-60 seconds without melting any wax. A waste of $30.

Not what was promised

The most underwhelming mug I've encountered

This mug is incredibly disappointing. It looks nothing like the picture. I ordered it as a gift and waited almost two months for something that looks like it could have been made by a child. Total scam!
