The advertising was so successful I finally gave and bought 6 mugs for Christmas. They did not arrive until late January. Not only that but they were ugly, poorly colored plastic. I really loved the appearance of the glowing steamy cups of "crystal rock" mugs in the ad. I hesitated initially because on some level I new they weren't going to be amethyst or agate. But I thought even if they were just really well done imitations they would still be worth the $19.99 each. But these were flat, dull ugly tiny cups made from some kind of plastic, obviously unsafe to drink out of because they came with metal cup inserts. I was flabbergasted that someone had the gall to send these unrecognizable pieces of garbage. Now I see they are claiming high reviews here on TrustPilot on their advertisement on youtube. I checked here and was relieved to see low stars. In fact if I could give them a negative star I would. These are the black hole of cosmic trash. PayPal gave me my 108.00 back. I am stuck with these cups, I can't get a mailing slip to return them and I refuse to pay the bill to send them back to China. It is the garbage bin for them, although i worry about plastic and toxins in landfill.

DESERVES A ZERO!

I'd give it a zero if that were an option. The crap sent to you is plastic crap decorated by a toddler. It has NOTHING to do with minerals, and looks awful. They won't allow you to put a low score on their reviews and trying to get them to give you your money back is virtually impossible. They even have a fake trust pilot review on their advertising stating they have a 4.8.

DON'T BUY MINERAL MUGS!!

First of all; how can Trustpilot give this scam item 2.1 stars?? All the reviews are 1 star, wishing they could leave NEGATIVE stars! I just want to alert people to this SCAM, do not order these mugs, like everyone has been saying, you receive junk, something that doesn't even look like the picture!! I had to have my bank do a chargeback because Mineral Mug wouldn't respond. I wouldn't be surprised if these mugs are even safe, product wise! PLEASE SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!
