Wanted to cancel my order because it wanted it delivered instead of picking it up.Customer Service said they could send it, I asked for how much? The answer was "we'll take care of it" after three weeks I still have nothing nor an indication of when.E-mails are not being responded to
Do Not order from this store! Nothing is in stock and I have sent multiple emails asking them to remove items that aren't even in production anymore from GW (e.g old BA upgrade kit or old death company marines box set).I used to regularly order from them when they were Minihobby.nl. They had the rebranding and I lost all my points I was saving, an order also was delivered and had to fight with them to get a refund.Much better options online and it's a shame the store is not what it used to be.
I ordered 2 miniatures and paid for delivery. They only confirmed the order but didn't gave any update. One week later the shipment status was still the same (although they had the miniatures in stocks and they could have sent them the next day). I contacted customer service and they sent an automatic email saying to write in the chat. The chat is So that just closes the window in the middle of the conversation.I had to cancel my order but I still haven't my money back. This is a scam
After placing an order and reading the reviews my heart dropped thinking I'll never receive my order and my money is wasted. However, next day got notification it is being shipped and 2 days later got my order no problem. Paid 40 eur less compared to amazon. My question about the product via email got unanswered but, hey, I did get it.
Attractive prices but you cannot trust them. I ordered a box in stock, paid it directly. I had to wait 3 weeks to receive a notification telling me that the article is out of stock and that I'll have to wait until it's back. I waited in total 4months without any info or feedback for something I paid and which were supposed to be in stock.
I ordered something on 3 February, still don’t have it, 6 weeks later. I have sent 4 mails, not answered. They sent a mail after 3 weeks saying I didn’t pay shipping. I paid. Then they mailed saying the mail was a mistake. No money back. No package.
