They somehow hid behind a Walmart survey, and the survey says I get a TV for 10 dollars. As soon as I put my card info in, I get notified that I was charged like 4 charges totalling $200 from miniwear, who I've never heard of, and it signed me up with a subscription without my approval. Total scam. I got in touch with them, and they told me I agreed to subscription, which was not true, and that if I take down my bad reviews, I'll get all my money back. Again not true. B very carefully here, they at least contacted me again saying they will refund me. But still haven't received it.

I was purchasing a mystery box and a second one for half price and next thing I know I'm getting other charges on my card that I didn't ok or didn't realize I did. I didn't sign up for the subscription and the money was taken anyways.i couldn't get the information I needed to cancel either. But after 5 days I finally did.As for costumes service they have been very good and fast with handling the issue. Emerald was assigned to my case and has been right on point with help. THANK YOU very much Emerald. As for contacting miniwearz they should make it much easier to find them.
