Not a good place to work for supervisors always contacting you before work over complaints made by other cleaners even after being asked not too and never check if facts are right nastiness all the time no where to complain back plenty of ignorance though.

I would advise no body to work for companythey are very ignorant when they reply back with a texthey don't promise you anything when you ask them bout stuff they ignore it worst thing I did never againso don't work for them
You can commonly expect to be ignored, no support for personal circumstances, broken promises and they will take your money that you earned and ignore you. Never provide cover so expect you to pick up the slack. Never saw them personally apart from interview and first day! They’ll happily be paid by the site and everything else is down to you
I currently work for minster and have been for 3 months. They gave me a chance when nobody else would. I currently work by myself aswell. I love it. Not sure why people complain, they are such nice people, if I ever run out of products they are ready to bring you more. I do have a favorite though haha, no names given but she’s always a right laugh and giggle. -Molly
This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I suggest you research them before considering trusting them with your facility requirements. They will sell you the dream and then let you down! Horrendous local office staff who are abrupt, rude, and unhelpful! Steer clear!
I have been working for Minster Cleaning in Norfolk for about 1 year now, and I can honestly say that they have been a great company to work for, very professional and very helpful.Any questions or any problems I still have, I get a answer straight away. Great at stocking my cleaning cupboard up when I'm running low on stock. (I am never out of any cleaning materials) When I put on my work apron I feel proud of the company I work for.
I have worked for Minster out of the Newcastle branch for the last 5 months and I can honestly say that I have found it an amazing company to work for! The management are supportive, easy to contact and go out of their way to resolve any issues that might arise. They are approachable and genuinely nice people. Stock is easy to order and you get a reminder with plenty of time to put your order in. I have had numerous managers over the years and my line manager at Minster is by far one of the best at his job, being friendly, organised and nothing is too much trouble for him to look into for me. I would definately recommend working at Minster Cleaning. Jackie B.
