Outstanding service with a speedy process; I only wish the APR was lower to make it more manageable. The loan was processed quickly, and the support team was exceptional—definitely looking forward to obtaining another loan in the future.
When I needed a second loan from them, they came through for me. I was experiencing a hardship and really needed some funds. Even though they are somewhat expensive, you can pay your loan off early with no penalty. I appreciate them for helping me when I really needed it.
My only issue is that I feel like I have to go through the same steps multiple times. Although, the second time I was approved for a loan it took less time. I suppose there’s a learning curve. Otherwise, everyone is super helpful. Pro tip: pay it off before it’s due! If you can.
