The vibration of the toothbrush is different from other electric toothbrushes, but the difference is easy to overcome. Now that I am used to the Miroshine toothbrush, I feel my teeth are cleaner, and my mouth feels fresher. I'm very happy with my choice

I ordered two toothbrushes that arrived with mismatched chargers. When I reached out to the customer support team, I received no explanation for this issue. Both brushes stopped working after nine months. I contacted support again, only to be informed that the warranty expired after six months! This product is clearly inferior and a complete waste of money.

The product supposedly ships from overseas, which wouldn’t be a problem if you were informed upfront to account for shipping times. I’ve tried reaching out five times through different channels, but have received nothing but silence.
The toothbrush itself is decent, but the charging base requires a specific 5V USB adapter that isn’t included. I have many rechargeable devices and a universal charger, but it lacks the necessary 5V port. The only way to charge it is at my office on a laptop. They claim it’s a 'universal 5V charger', which is ridiculous for such an overpriced item.

The claimed cleaning modes show no noticeable difference, and it doesn’t clean effectively. I bought these as gifts and now feel embarrassed to give them. Customer support offered a partial refund to avoid returns, but then went silent on me. This product prioritizes appearance over performance. Save your money and choose a toothbrush that actually cleans.

I've tried some of the most expensive electric toothbrushes from various brands, but I’ve finally found one that makes me happy. After nearly a month, I still haven’t needed to recharge it. The pulsating action is comfortable and really polishes my teeth, making them whiter. I used to dislike brushing my teeth, but now I look forward to it. It also operates quietly. Highly recommend!
