Review Time
This is my third book order from Mixam and I still very happy with the service. Communication is 5/5 and delivery was on time too. Any printing issues on receipt are rectified in a timely manner with reorders being dealt with straight away.
I heard about them on a recommendation 2 yrs ago and have since my first order, recommended them myself many times.
I have ordered 4 times. The saddle stitched soft cover, and the hard cover poetry books. The books are very good and I think a reasonable price for low volume runs. The design software is a different matter. I found it frustrating and buggy. The good thing is their phone help is really good, but even they were having problems with the design tool. I have also use Photobox which is similar, although more aimed at single copy photo art books, the design software is almost identical, but I never seem to have the problems I kept having with Mixam. That aside I would recommend them,and I will continue to make books with them.

I’ve used Mixam for a few years now. They are brilliant to work with! I was a small order, but I got big order customer service. Great print work, too, and faster turnaround than I've come to expect from printhouses. Not only that, I'm stateside but was working primarily with the UK division. Nothing important lost in that distance, lol.
I wanted to create a memory book as a birthday gift for my daughter and wouldn't be tech savvy. I dealt with an employee called Jack via mail who was a pleasure to deal with nothing was too much trouble despite all my mails with many questions relating to my order. So a big thank you Jack your customer service skills are outstanding. The finished product is beautiful and can't wait to give it my daughter. Excellent service, hassle free delivery would highly recommend.
