Continuous communication allows to know where our order stands at all times—even if, in my case, the delivery time turned out to be a little longer than the estimated time given on the website.
Terrible experience with this vendor veverra. DON'T BUY - They claim products can be returned but it is not true as they all source from Asia - despite their clair for local sourcing - so should you like to return, you have to pay for transportation to asia and custom charges : "Since we currently ship from abroad and don’t yet have a local warehouse, any return would need to be sent back to our facility in Asia. Unfortunately, this process can take quite some time, and the return costs — including potential customs charges — would be at the customer’s expense.". They now refuse to refund.

I’m delighted with my two Veverra shower mats. We have recently renovated our bath and shower rooms and the mats genuinely complete the contemporary look. They are stylish, functional and feel really great underfoot! It was worth paying more for a quality product which looks so much better than a cheap standard hard plastic version.I was kept i formed regarding the delivery timeframe on a regular basis. I ordered some toilet roll holders and I am more than happy. They were exactly as expected and good quality.The shipping was from overseas so it took longer than expected, but my questions around shipping and where it was in the system were promptly answered.
