Review Time
While I appreciated the concept and what initially appeared to be a seamless way to create a photo book, I ultimately encountered numerous frustrating issues with the collage pages and was very disappointed with the final product.
Following the instructions, I added my selected photos to each page and chose a collage layout. The system automatically placed the images, which felt ingenious and promised a simple, efficient, and quick way to build the book. However, the software did not format the pictures properly. Several images were cut off, and some overlapped incorrectly with others. Although I attempted to adjust them, the layout often reverted back to its original, incorrect placement.
My biggest concern was the review process. The preview pages were displayed so small that I did not notice duplicate images bleeding onto adjacent pages. I did not upload these duplicates, so I cannot explain how they appeared. Unfortunately, because the review view was difficult to assess accurately, these errors made it into the printed product.
In my opinion, the platform still has significant room for improvement before it can be considered fully reliable. I was also disappointed with the company’s response to my feedback. While I had already acknowledged missing the errors during review, the issue was attributed solely to user error. Although a discounted reprint was offered, the additional cost—nearly $100 CAD—did not feel reasonable given the circumstances.
I will say the team seemed to truly care about my satisfaction and I was, in the end, offered a refund. I have yet to receive it but there is no reason to believe it will not be received. I did very much appreciate their understanding that the end product was not as expected nor satisfactory.
Overall, while the concept is promising, the execution and quality control need improvement. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to use this company again. I would want to have an improved final review process before committing to my purchase.
I dedicated a significant amount of time to create a photo album as a birthday present, but the final product did not meet my expectations. The pricing is too high for the quality received. I contacted the support team regarding this issue, and they promised to send a replacement. I agreed, but I have yet to receive it. After following up, there has been no response. I cannot recommend this service.
I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always received great service, but this time I found myself quite let down. As someone with visual impairments, I previously relied on phone support, but this time that option was unavailable. Although I encountered new features that were confusing, I eventually managed to finish my book and was satisfied with the result. I received an email confirming a delivery date, which was set for Friday, July 16th. However, today I got a notification stating that they attempted delivery. I tried using the online chat for assistance, but it was unhelpful, as I was communicating with a bot that repeatedly stated my order would arrive tomorrow, Thursday, the 15th. They insisted they were unavailable for delivery, leaving me with no options. I’ve sent an email, but they mentioned it could take up to 24 hours for a response!
The quality control was lacking. I ordered 20 calendars featuring my photos in early November 2025. They arrived about 10 days later, but 18 of them had a horizontal indent line across several pages, along with noticeable blemishes and scratches. I contacted the support team and sent numerous photos of the issues, requesting better inspection of the calendars. They assured me they would check each one and offered a "free" reprint of the 18 calendars, which I accepted. However, the reprint arrived, and all 18 were just as bad. I returned to the support team with more photos, highlighting their failure to inspect the calendars properly. The next "free" reprint included 12 passable calendars. After sending more photos again, they offered to reprint 4 calendars, which I accepted. This time, out of the 4, only 3 were acceptable. I complained about the last one being unusable due to the same issues and received another "free" reprint, which had a 1 cm wide white line across one page, making it useless. At this point, it had been 8 weeks since I placed my order, and with Christmas Eve approaching, I was done with the service. In total, I received 57 calendars, but only 19 were acceptable, with the rest going to recycling. I sent over 14 emails to resolve this. Would I use them again? Absolutely not! My advice is to check every page of your calendars, as they clearly do not. Additionally, they charge a lot for shipping without providing tracking information, making it a gamble to be home when it arrives, especially in poor weather.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to discover businesses that genuinely prioritize and support their customers. First and foremost, their product is exceptional, and I've been using it extensively for a decade. However, what truly sets them apart is their dedication to product quality and their commitment to making sure everything is perfect, ensuring your satisfaction. They offer an outstanding product, and their focus on customer happiness is unparalleled.
I have used the service several times over the years, and the quality of the books is consistently good, particularly for the price. However, this year I completed my order within the timeframe they provided to receive it by Christmas, along with expedited shipping that I selected. Unfortunately, they didn’t print the book until just a couple of days before Christmas Eve, and it only shipped the day before, making it impossible to arrive on time. It won’t be here until the 29th, and it was supposed to be a key present. I could understand if the timeframe was too tight, but the company should provide a more realistic deadline. I might continue using this service if I don’t prioritize delivery time, but I won’t rely on it for Christmas gifts again.
This service used to be dependable. I order family calendars annually and made sure to place my order well in advance to receive them before the holiday. Now it's Christmas Eve, and they haven't even shipped my order! I reached out to customer support online, and while they offered a small credit, I have no desire to use it as I don't want to order from them again. It's incredibly frustrating to receive daily emails urging me to 'order now for expedited shipping!' What a letdown.
I've been ordering calendars from a certain service for the past few years, switching from another platform because I preferred their design options and quality. However, this year left me somewhat dissatisfied. The customer support was not very helpful when I needed to make some changes that I couldn't manage on my own. They initially seemed unfamiliar with their editing tools. After I insisted, they eventually managed to assist me, as I had received help in the past. Additionally, the shipping took a week longer than estimated, which caused me some stress trying to get everything sent out in time for the holidays. To be fair, I did place my order a few days later than I should have, and the photos were from a trip that wrapped up at the end of November, so my timing wasn't ideal either. What disappointed me the most was the quality of the calendars. The paper quality seemed to have changed, and the colors weren't as vivid. Perhaps I missed selecting an option for a specific finish, but there is certainly a noticeable difference between this year's calendar and last year's.
This was my third hardcover book I created with the service. I really loved my first two books, but I was devastated when I received my third one. It seemed like the printer was having an off day. The margins were misaligned, causing all my pictures to be cut off. The support team offered me 50% off for a reprint, but that was the same price I originally paid. They claim satisfaction is guaranteed, but that is definitely not the case. I spent days working on this 58-page book and I'm very upset. I cannot recommend this service as they do not uphold their guarantee. I was planning to create three more books next year, but now I will be seeking alternatives.
