Long wait for product

Everything I order from M&M is found to not be in stock (AFTER placing order) and so they have to go to manufacturer to obtain. Long delays in getting product. Once obtained, product meets specifications and description. As long as you are not in a hurry I would recommend them.

Discontinued Part

I had a three hundred orbital sander that Needed a brake pad. Unfortunately, Milwaukee discontinued making this part. M&M had five of them. Thank God!! Great find. Great service. I’m a lifetime customer.

Why would you send out a damaged product

Why would you send out a damaged product. It wasn't damaged during shipping.Nothing was wrong with the wrapping.It was ship scratched from your facility.There was a lot of paint missing from the door. Don't blame shipping. I already sent pictures. Typical answer. Blame the shipper. Not in this case
