I'm very dissatisfied with the filter and the service. The filters do not fit and aren't effective anymore! The last one stopped working after a month. I've spent 30 minutes trying to get the new filter to work, but it’s stuck. I'm feeling frustrated and unsure about which company might offer a better solution. I've never had this issue before!
