I am here because I made a document with Filesworld and was very disappointed when received payment for monthly subscription, even though I didn’t saw anywhere that after 48h after downloading it will start automatically.
Was mad and wrote to customer support and Mia from customer support handled situation good and made refund in 2 days.

My experience with FileWorld has been extremely frustrating — mainly because I was wrongfully charged for a subscription and they have refused to refund me.

I did not authorize the charge the way it was processed, yet the money was taken from my account anyway. When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, I expected a straightforward correction. Instead, I was met with generic responses, no real investigation, and a flat refusal to issue a refund.

Being charged incorrectly is bad enough — but refusing to properly review the situation or provide a refund is completely unacceptable. A company that handles subscriptions should have transparent billing practices and fair customer support policies. In my case, neither was present.

Because of this billing issue alone, I cannot recommend FileWorld. Customers deserve clear communication and accountability, especially when it comes to money.

Ho chiesto di riaccreditarmi i soldi, ma dopo una prima mail e nonostante i solleciti sono spariti. Pessimi e da evitare

I wanted to test the service offered, so I tried it — with terrible results — paying 60 cents. A few days later, I found a €40 charge for a subscription I never signed up for. I asked for a refund, but after an initial email and despite my follow‑ups, they disappeared. Terrible service and to be avoided.

In the beginning i thought they are scam but after couple of hrs from my Email CS Julie has responded to my refund request and sent me back the fees for the unneeded subscription which charged from me

You think you pay access for one file, but you are actually agreeing to a subscription, if you are not cancelling it within 48 hours. Do they notify you within 48 hours that you will soon pay for a full subscription? No! Also the tools provided are not working either. SCAM! 39 Euros down the drain. I am to blame, I should have read all the small print, if there actually is any.
This is how you cheat people out of their money.

It’s advisable to explore other options for file conversions. The service misleads users by promoting a 48-hour full access for 0.60€. At no point is it made clear that this is a trial or subscription. I went through the entire process again to gather evidence against the responses from the support team, who claimed it was a trial I had paid for. This is inaccurate, as they offer a 48-hour access for 0.60€ without any clarification that it’s a trial or subscription. It’s frustrating that such misleading practices can occur without any oversight or regulation from authorities!
