I had a very disappointing experience with Moftaahk.
I purchased a Perplexity Pro subscription from them that was advertised as a legitimate and supported service. However, my account was suspended by Perplexity shortly after because the subscription violated their Terms of Service. This clearly indicates that the subscription was obtained or resold through unauthorized methods.
When I contacted Moftaahk, they claimed the issue was from a “distributor” and did not provide a proper solution. Instead of issuing an immediate refund, they offered store credit and asked me to wait for a refund process that they said could take up to 28 business days.
It has now been more than two months, and I still have not received my refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Be careful when purchasing subscriptions from this platform, as they may not be legitimate and your account could be suspended.
