This company may not be a scam but it has the hallmarks of one . App domain name end is io - meaning British Indian Overseas Territory . Its terms and conditions say it is regulated in the Comoros Islands although the people who rang me said they were in Zurich . Their mobile numbers all say United Kingdom when they phone you but mobile numbers using 07441 which are official UK numbers, but are often used by scam and phishing callers .
So be careful . If you are a UK based investor remember you are not protected by the FCA when trading with this company.
My experience wasn't good . The training was great but ended up in an argument as to why I didn't want to proceed . I put in a nominal GBP199 and it was invested in CFD's . Initially there were gains and some cash secured by sales but the training was taking a huge amount of time and I just couldn't give the amount of attention it required so I stopped trading and attending the training . So all the money is lost and today a phone call from them said amazingly that "had I put in more money I would have made more" . Err no if I had put in more money I would have lost more money . The classic scam statement that says it all . Don't bother phoning me as I won't be answering your calls .
I wouldn't become a customer if you paid me! Absolute Scam ! After watching Jonathan and his Jyronix.com videos promising guaranteed returns on investments with AI trading, Infinit AI platform evidencing profits, you then click through and register. I googled Jyronix.com -NOTHING I googled Infinit AI -NOTHING- many similarly names sites though.I then get an email from Momentum Peak with the same logo as Infinit AI…. That raised more questions… and the guy who called me couldn’t give me an answer when I told him that the address on the Terms and Conditions for Infinit Ai on the advert…. Didn’t exist. He told me he had put it in google and it was there and tried to blame my google maps or internet connection. I asked him to give me the postcode and he refused and said he would in his own time. Talk about evasive!! Do not trust this at all . It’s a Complete train wreck! Be careful peeps
8This is definitley a SCAM. Make it very easy to invest but try and get your money withdrawn. Impossible. They have done nothing on the account but there have been fees. Tried to email and response does not cover qusetion asked. Still would like my investment back but that will never happen. Reply from them is always can,t find you as account holder. All reviews have receved the dame response. Didn,t have trouble finding the account to take £99 fee.
This is a scam. I have read the negative reviews and they all had the same problems as me when trying to withdraw my money but all of it has disappeared. This company is using fraudulent claims according to my bank. I had to cancel my credit, debit cards and online account.
Following the BBC ‘Question Time reported debarcle, I called ‘Momentum Peak Trading’ with the aim of opening an account and making an investment. I had a longish conversation with a person calling himself ‘Tyler’ and all was going well until it came to the question of my current investments and monthly income, discounting State Pension! There was a pause in the conversation while ‘Tyler’ submitted my details for approval of opening an account, with the provision that my application might not be approved because my income is less than £4k per month!I am a Pensioner, aged 87, and my income exceeds £4k per month including the State Pension but only just over £2K per month from my workplace pension.‘Tyler’ said that it would take a little while to negotiate a way around my deficiency and that he would call me back on my Landline. Two hours on, I am still waiting for his call!I’m the meanwhile, I have had time to read other ‘customers’ reviews and count myself fortunate not to have lost money to this outfitDon’t bother telling me that you have searched your records etc. - I never did have an account!
Do not be astonished if this company denies your withdrawal request. I contacted them; however, they still refused to refund my money. Their customer service is the most inadequate I have ever experienced. They appear unaware of constraints and are quite confrontational. Months elapsed as I pursued my reinstatement. I requested assistance, which successfully reinstated my funds.
Having an investment agent (Victor) constantly trying to get me to put more monies in, I had already put in £3,000 in one month, and because I would do no more until I see a return, proceeded to tell me to invest what liquidity I had left into four extra currencies, all of which go into the red (Loss) to start, Two days later the company closed my main investment , and have lost 3,300 dollars of crud oil investment. No consideration to my personal financial circumstance, It feels like a deliberate move to just wipe out my account. I literally feel like I have been scammed.
I have been trying to get my money back into my bank account for a month. Apparently I can put it in a crypto wallet!!! I have spoken to four success managers who all tried to persuade me to continue. They have all been verbally abusive and will not close my account and refund my money.
I have repeatedly asked the person assigned to me to get in touch but no luck so request withdrawal of funds, which I was told would not be a problem. Apart from the acknowledgement of my request I have heard nothing, and have yet to receive my money. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
