CNHL batteries have noticably more power in situations that require rapid discharge rates than other brands I've used with the same mAh and the same C rating. The complete descriptions on the website with dimensions of each battery listed helps to prevent purchasing the wrong item. I would offer some feedback as to what, in my opinion, your company is lacking or areas where you're falling short but in quality, price and buying experience, I don't think there's a better value
The company wants to portray the chnl battery as a premium product but my batteries from them had a 50% failure rate in less than 6 months and 12 cycles.Their customer service department replied quick and friendly but their solution was poor. A 10% discount on my next purchase.If you're product is premium priced, poor quality with poor warranty...i'd rather just buy the cheapest lipo's possible from amazon or ali expresschnl has lost my business
Tried to place an order but would not follow through at the payment screen so I gave up. Left a message noting my difficulty. On my second attempt the next day I was able to get the order to go through and found out I was given a $5.00 refund. How many companies will do that?
