I had a great experience with Momnt>from the entire process of establishing my account online to the follow up phone call from Company Representative Bonnie, who was incredible. First, it was amazing to speak with a real live person! Her spirit, personality, professionalism and personal care were genuine perfection. She was thorough in making sure that I understood all account policies, procedures, etc. It was indeed a pleasure. I highly recommend Momnt!
The lady that helped us understand the pay portal setup and she was very patient while we worked our way through setup. As senior citizens, we needed a lot of help and she was very patient and supportive. Wish there more like her!
I was pleasantly surprised when the design consultant arrived. She was highly professional and thorough, making everything easy to understand. Initially, I had concerns after a confirmation call where I struggled to comprehend the representative, leaving a less favorable first impression. However, I decided to proceed with the appointment, and it turned out to be the complete opposite. The consultant was fantastic, as was the gentleman handling the contracts—both were detailed and clear. I haven't had the work done yet, but I'm excited for it and will return with another review about my experience.
