The first thing is that Fiverr charges a very high amount of commission (20%). And secondly, after the Fiverr's deduction, it also charges further $3 as transaction fee which have been earned on the same platform. My suggestions:1. Fiverr should charge 2% or 3%, or maximum 5% in an order.2. There should be no transaction fee for every transaction because this amount is earned through this platform with deducted commission charges. This platform will never investigate serious fraud cases. So many Pakistani fraudsters with fake accounts who pry on innocent clients and you have no way of getting Fiverr to protect you because once you transact legitimately the first time,these scammers con you subsequently and even if you are armed with Action Fraud reports this platform still allows them to continue scamming people .Buyer beware!Not what the app was when starting out
Fiverr has a freelance writer who is connected to a hacker in LinkedIn. They used my LinkedIn account to steel information from other members and then to steel their information. I have their information if the authorities want to pursue. To complain on Fiverr is difficult
Fiverr is a great platform for freelancers and clients. It’s easy to use, safe for payments, and has helped me connect with amazing clients around the world. The support team is also very responsive whenever I need help.However, one thing I’m still not fully understanding is the new Success Score system. It’s a bit confusing, and I wish Fiverr would explain it in more detail or make it more transparent for sellers. Other than that, my experience overall has been excellent!
