I had a very frustrating experience with Mondial Relay due to a late delivery and incredibly unprofessional staff at the pickup location. When I arrived, the shop assistant didn’t even acknowledge me—he stayed focused on his phone the entire time, not looking up or offering any basic customer service. I stood there waiting while he continued typing, completely ignoring the fact that a customer was right in front of him.At one point he fumbled his phone, and when it fell, it appeared that he had been viewing inappropriate content. Regardless of what exactly it was, it was extremely uncomfortable and felt highly unprofessional in a workplace environment.Combined with the delayed delivery, this whole situation left a very negative impression. I hope Mondial Relay seriously improves both their delivery reliability and the professionalism of their partner pickup points.
I am waiting for my delivery for 4 weeks now. Nobody replies to my email. I tried to contact mondial relay Belgium with the contact that's on their website but the number it's not attributed. Finally after 3 weeks trying the number was working. They told me they would deliver to another place but until now I'm just still waiting and they don't give any other options.
