Mondial Relay has dropped my order at the parcel locker point at the Carrefour Woluwé Shopping Center but impossible to get it. The QR code doesn't work and apparently it's been going on for a while. So, I will contact the sender and tell them not to use Mondial Relay anymore as we cannot get our orders. They will have to resend it to me with another carrier.
Thé wrong persons percel was put in my delivery locker number. So it ended up with another persons purchase. And she ended up with mine with no possibility to communicate or transfer.
They didn’t attempt to deliver my package to my home address. I was there all day and received deliveries from other services. No one from the company showed up at my house. Instead, I had to drive several kilometers to collect my parcel from a pickup location.

La livraison a pris trois semaines de retard. La date a d'abord changé, puis il n'y avait plus de date et aucune communication. Un e-mail envoyé n'a jamais reçu de réponse. Je comprends que les casiers étaient pleins, mais le manque de communication ou d'alternatives proposées doit être amélioré.
