My experience with this service has been extremely frustrating, especially being compelled to pay an excessive fee for no services rendered. The management has recently taken over my apartment block. I reached out to inform them about a handrail that had fallen, and it was fixed within the promised two weeks. This was surprising compared to our previous management, which required multiple emails and complaints for even minor repairs. I am pleased with the current service so far.
The management of this property is quite poor. The lift has been out of order for over a month, and we are still waiting for repairs. The standard response to any issues is that they are awaiting an engineer. Nothing seems to get fixed. Emails often go unanswered unless you are persistent. The main gates to the car park have been broken and left open for over a month, compromising security. I cannot recommend this service for property management.
The caretaker is exceptional and a true asset to our building. She is incredibly diligent, detail-oriented, and takes excellent care of the property. Everything is kept impeccably clean, and she is always reliable, even delivering packages to our door. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy.
As a landlord, I am not particularly impressed with the management company itself, but the concierge is fantastic! She is proactive and efficient, addressing all issues that arise in the building and coordinating with engineers for assistance. I am very satisfied with her service!
I have been trying to obtain a breakdown of service charge spending for over three months, which they are legally required to provide within a month. Senior management ignores emails. I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities, providing my tenant number, but given my previous experiences, I doubt it will lead to any resolution. Their mismanagement could potentially lower your property value, as I have lost two sales due to poor record keeping and lack of timely inspections.
