John provided an exceptional service for my refinance. From the start, he goes through all the due diligence with regards to refinancing; switching costs, his fees, etc. He took a lot of care in ensuring that my income level can service my loan. He had also made suggestions to different loan structure, something that I didn't think of which worked out to be better in the long run. I never felt pressured to sign on to any specific product; the choice was always mine to make. He was patient with my queries, and also quick in responding. During the refinance, we had some delays due to the bank not being ready in time. John kept me informed throughout the entire process. John is transparent, upfront and very approachable. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone seeking a new loan, or refinancing. He also does other types of loans (car, business, etc) that is worth checking out too, if you are in search for such loans.
