Dit zijn de grootste oplichters.. mijn account was gewoon vanaf begin al geverifieerd maar toen ik een uitbetaling deed werd het geld na paar minuten afgehaald van pending en teug gestort naar me balans omdat er nu staat dat ik me account moet verifiëren. Gister probeerde ik 1 keer een bedrag te storten van 20 maar het lukte niet gaf error aan en er werd ook niks afgeschreven van me bank account dus probeerde ik het nog een keer en het bleef maar niet doen dus ging ik verder proberen heb in totaal 6 geprobeerd toen ben ik gestopt want het lukte maar niet, toen ik in de ochtend wakker werd zag ik dat ze 6 x 20 hadden afgeschreven van me bank dus ze waren allemaal gelukt maar later pas. Dat is niet iets wat ik wou dus probeer ik nu mijn eigen geld terug te halen kan dat ook niet. Heb duizenden euros hier verloren het zijn vieze oplichters. Heb ook een email gestuurd naar Nederlandse Kansspelautoriteiten over hun. Ze hebben vandaag 18 augustus weer 20 euro van me rekening afgehaald. Terwijl die dag dat ik die stortingen deed het systeem duidelijk aangaf dat het transacties niet gelukt waren en er was ook niks afgeschreven van me bank. İk wou maar 20 euro storten nu is 140 euro weg totaal 7 keer 20 euro afgeschreven. Vieze honden gewoon. En het ergste is heb meer dan een jaar een account bij hun heletijd was me account geverifieerd en opeens nu niet meer en ik kan niemand contacten ze hebben de chat uitgeschakeld voor mij en op mijn.mails reageert vip manager niet en de casino zelf ook niet.
