This is a fraudulent casino, when I made my first withdrawal, I only needed to double the turnover to withdraw, but when I lost all the money my account and then recharged $200, I bet with a bet amount of $235, and I couldn't make the withdrawal when I wanted to withdraw. I contacted customer service, they said I needed to bet 3 times the turnover to withdraw, and they required me to bet 622 euros, and then I bet more $300, but when I wanted to withdraw, I found that I still couldn't withdraw. They said they needed to contact their superiors, and said there would an email reply, but there has been no news. Now the customer service is also unreachable, and now the withdrawal can't be operated either. On this platform, have always been losing money. Now the balance in my account can't be withdrawn either. It's simply a fraudulent casino.
Dont play here. This casino is a scam. Ive deposited quite a large amount and yes you win some you lose some but winning here (compared to other casino's) is non existing. 5 euro winnings are considered a "big" win. I filed a complaint with local authorities as they are operating illegally and are scamming people. Furthermore, more than once Ive asked them to cloae my account but they just dont follow up. Dont play here!!!!

Well they said that I have put wrong IBAN but that is imposibble because I have checked it 100 times before confirming. Now they ask me to change my details but website literally doesnt allow me to change details and gives error.6th March: I have contacted them via e-mail and I will change my review once i receive my money.8th March: They are still claiming I have put wrong details eventhough I have provided them with screenshots and PDF file.10th March: After one week I have received my first withdrawal and waiting for my second one. Customer service on e-mail was answering my questions super fast therefore I changed it to 4 stars but withdrawal times are extremelly long
They pay u for a good review. I did it aswell just to get the bonus. I played for a lot of money but once u have an issue with a payment they dont do anything. They only help u if they can get more money out of you. Really bad and Im gonna switch casino.
