Raised chat after 48 hours. Got a lady called Olivia who was superb. She checked and confirmed order was lost.
Gave option of reorder or refund.
I reordered and got the items delivered within 2 days and also a bonus keyring and lanyard.
10/10 for service and reputation which could have been ruined by the courier
I went over on my return and I emailed customer service who were great and sent me a return label. Because of the help I went on to order more things. Thank you for the great support
