Australian Gold customer service is non existent. Complained about leaking aftersun as the dispenser was broken. Even sent evidence with photos. No reply whatsoever. And I've heard similar stories. Begs the question do they have a customer service? No correspondence with customer service but after making another complaint a week later I have received another bottle of aftersun. Hence my updated review and 4 stars. Customer service correspondence needs improving though.
I ordered 2 lotions and 1 lip balm the lotions had a screw caps that had not been tightened so the products leaked in the packaging box . The box was fine so had not been damaged in transit the lip balm also fine . The invoice asks to email with problems but a reply wasn't to be a phone number is provided but it just rings these are expensive lotions and both are half full ...I LOVE THE PRODUCTS BEEN BUYING FOR YEARS BUT NEVER AGAIN at least when I buy from amazon I don't get damaged bottles
Actually lied and told me that they had stock in when they didn't. Got a snotty reply back so basically they do not value their customers. They know i'm not lying if they checked their records but obviously just saying sorry we made a mistake is too much for them.buy from a company that respects customers.
The Australian Gold SPF 50 Tinted Face Lotion is NOT suitable for "fair to light" skin tones! It is actually quite a dark orange colour and, for me, is therefore completely unusable. My skin is not particularly pale but this sunscreen looks orange and dark on my skin. Perhaps the product I received is from a bad batch with the wrong colour. I emailed the company concerning the problem but, 8 days later, I had not received any reply. I then phoned them and spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and refused to give me any refund so this product was a total waste of money. Also, I tried to leave a product review on the AustralianGold.co.uk website but my review is not visible! Interestingly, "Australian Gold" products are not even manufactured in Australia. They are made in the USA.
I have now received products from Australian Gold several times and I can't fault them at all. Great customer service, fast delivery and the products always impress me. Reliable, high-quality and leave my skin soft. I've never sun burnt since using their SPFs
