Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The device doesn't work, and we've been stuck at the toll booth several times. I contacted three times the customer service and after more than a week, I'm still waiting for the problem to be resolved.

Great experience

Great experience, easy, fast, and convenient. The terminal is small and can be easily placed anywhere. The app is also very easy to use and understandable throughout.The most convenient thing is skipping the queue at the highway toll booth without wasting time managing payment with a paper ticket.
