Lovely experience with the company. Ordered around January 7th and received in about a week. Beautiful gold necklace with opal heart and matching bracelet. So far I’ve worn in the shower and daily with no tarnish.
I love all of my pieces, i purchased the mother of pearl collection which consists of ring, bracelet, earrings, and necklace. Waiting for the Gold heart necklace to be re released so I can add that to my collection.
It was a long wait but I also ordered right before a snow storm, I had to go to my post office to pick it up or it’s been much longer. Obviously not too big of a deterrent because I ordered again immediately after seeing the quality first hand. My friend loved her gift so much I had to buy myself one, only one small glitch with the system when you go to check out watch out how many gift boxes you select you cannot delete them after you add them. I spent two weeks trying to get them removed from my cart, I eventually used my laptop to access the website fresh in order to start my cart over.
Shipping was fast and the packaging was protective and secure. The packaging for the necklace itself was really cute and I like the velvet pouch it comes in. I also got one for my best friend as a galantine gift.
I absolutely adore the necklace and bracelet! My only recommendation would be to consider making the necklace slightly longer. I purchased a small extension, and it's just perfect! As soon as the one with the emerald is back in stock, I will definitely buy it too!
