Macy, my translator, was wonderful. She had a calming energy and was very professional and kind. She prompted me when it was a good time to bring certain topics up via her, and she walked me through everything again post-appointment to ensure I understood. This is the second time I used Red Tape for translation services at the LEA, and I would surely recommend them/use them again if needed.
I had a visa/residence permit coaching session with Kathleen and she was amazing! In spite of me sharing so much information (both before and during the call), she was able to process it all and give me advice that was tailored to my particular needs. She also had a lot of knowledge of the realities of how things work in Berlin and this was also invaluable. I'd definitely recommend the coaching service with Kathleen if you're ever in doubt!
