Absolutely cheap and poor quality. Please don’t be fooled by the photos on their website. Also, and very disappointedly, their stuff sent from China, they have nothing related to the Italian name they are deceiving people with.Avoid at all cost, don’t buy, it’s a SCAM.If I want to return the order, I have to send it back to China.
To be honest they were an ordinary pair of trainers with a pair of lose wedges so I am a little disappointed! I think if the heightening wedge was permanent or integral to the shoe I would be a little happier. So overall not really happy
Amazing quality and excellent customer service!I absolutely love my shoes from Morenzio — the quality is fantastic and they’re even more beautiful in person. The customer service was outstanding as well; they were helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
Cheap, terrible quality and has 'designed' labelled on them. No Morenzio branding whatsoever. Not on sole or shoe. To top it off, it was delivered in a plastic bag and no box. I have well and truly been robbed. I bought 3.9 inches but barely gives 2 inches unless additional insoles are used. They are so uncomfy with the insoles. .
Morenzio's delivery took a month to arrive and arrived without one pair of shoes that I ordered. They then claimed I was lying despite the pictures I provided. Additionally, one of the other pairs of shoes I ordered had been constructed in what seemed to be in an incorrect way because the shoes were so thin my feet could not fit in them despite my feet not being wide. Their customer support was unbelievably unhelpful and offered only a refund for the shoes that did not arrive, not the shoes that were basically broken.(Update since Morenzio responded below). You can buy the same pair on shin for £12, instead I paid £57, the adverts were misleading and they still don’t change it , the height increase comes fromWhat looks like door wedges , feels like walking in high heels on ice , terrible design and cheap looking quality straight from China , probably same factory as Shein get theirs from . No show box just chucked in a bag. Offered me 20 then 40% cash back but there was no way I was keeping them unless I had 80% back and even then I still feel short changed they were that bad. Never again . People 2 months ago complained of the same but they still continue to sell them by misleading people . Their advert said no awkward insoles , that was a lie . Time to change your mis leading adverts and cheap and nasty trainers . How you said they were down from Over £100 is just laughable .
