Shoes were extremely uncomfortable. Felt like walking on a piece of wood. Also they should be called "high heels for men". Now I know why women don't like to walk in heels. Puts a lot of pressure on you back. Needless to say the shoe itself although it looks good is very cheap quality. Asked for refund immediately, and am getting nowhere with this. Stay away from this company. Others sell on Amazon and return immediately. I also purchased the same pair at the same time for less money, to see if there was a difference. Was the same shoe so returned them with no issue at all.
Useless item that does not do as described, constantly trying to offer a partial refund instead of paying the return costs for defective item which they legally have to adhere to with legislation in place from 2013 and 2015, now going through a chargeback process through the credit card company for selling items that are faulty and not fit for purpose and not as advertised on the website and refusing to pay the return fee as legislation from 2013 and 2015 clearly states they have to, while also arguing with them trying to offer me to give me a 40% refund and keep the faulty not as described item. Sham company
Liars. Never mentioned you have to use extra insoles. Ordered a 7.5 and sent 8. After contacting forcing me to keep the item and now asking to send it back to China. These bunch of scamers never mentioned their warehouse is in China. Portrayed as they are based in UK. Got PayPal involved. Will write to TSA to close their business and will get ombudsman involved if needed. And now cowards have blocked my e mail address. You can buy a normal insoles for 10 pounds good quality ones. You dont need to buy a shoe from them. Be aware
The shipping is a disaster. You will have to be on top of them to get the product. It took 3 attempts fir my shoes to reach my home. The shoes were very cheap. Looked like shoes you buy at a swap meet or flea market. The elevation comes from inserts that you put inside the shoes, very uncomfortable and very wobbly. I ended up taking them out. I do not recommend this shoe company.
This is my second pair of different trainers I have bought from morenzio .Good value for money . Well made .light to wear .Gives me a lot of confidence when I’m out with friends .And mostly when I’m out with my wife when she has her high heels on I’m still taller than her with my height increase trainers on.I really love my trainers and will definitely be buying more pairs .
