Inability to progress a sale and get contracts exchange and completed. Had date set however, solicitor non-contactable. Had several date agreed with all parties and had an inability to stick with them. Ruined Christmas for many families. Avoid avoid avoid. Know of other sales that have fallen through due to their incompetence.

Bar the occasional nudge they were efficient, and got our sale and purchase done in 2 months (one was a leasehold as well!).
